When my life changed as a single mom, I didn't just navigate it — I built a tech platform to help others manage their emotional wellbeing. When I saw a luxury watch market full of opacity, I built an auction platform rooted in transparency and sold it. Today I own a coffee and avocado farm in Southern California — and it was there, watching what the coffee industry throws away, that the next idea started. I'm turning the forgotten part of the coffee fruit into a supplement that helps people think clearly.
